How it works

Site Feasibility & 
Visit

The Revelution team first analyzes your property's zoning, site-specific features, and suitability for modular construction, delivery, and installation. The Revelution team may suggest a site visit for additional feasibility, a home analysis, and other factors, which Revelution can use to generate a more precise cost and timeline estimate.

Permit 
Package

Based on the feasibility and site visit inputs, Revelution will prepare a permit package and site plan based on the analysis of estimated costs, resident experience, and long-term goals. Initial bids will be sought from our pre-certified general contractors. The prefab unit design is pre-approved by the state.

Manufacturing & 
Sitework

Batching your order with others in the market increases the economies of scale in your favor. Sitework such as grading, utility trenching, and foundation is completed while your Single-Family Studio is manufactured in a factory. 

Delivery &
Installation

We facilitate streamlined delivery from the factory to your site as well as the placement of the unit on your foundation, for which we use either a crane or a jack-and-roll system. Additional work on site, such as installing decks and landscaping, is then completed, and the utility hookups are either made or scheduled.
